Legacy Verified Angus

Legacy Verified Angus is an easy addition to any Legacy Verified Program and is great for ranches, calf ranches, or dairies  to help meet the needs of many buyers.

Overview 

Participation in the Legacy Verified Angus program must include Source and Age Verification at a minimum.
 
This can be easily and inexpensively added to any other program that has a SAV qualification and we can do it all at the same time so it is easy and efficient.

Requirements

​

  • Calves must be progeny of a Registered Black or Red Angus sire OR dam (or two Registered Grandparents)

  • Bulls can cover no more than 30 cows during a breeding season (Live Cover)

  • If you have mixed breeds in your bull battery, you'll need to segregate them and segregate the calves and/or use permanent ID for the Angus calves.

  • Must be at least Source & Age Verified.
