We offer ranchers Legacy Verified PVP Programs and a range of custom third-party verified programs.

Ranches start with the simple Source and Age Program – which is the foundation for all other PVP Programs. If you do not use hormones, beta-agonists, or certain antimicrobials used in human medicine, you can step up to the NHTC Verification, which offers a higher premium potential. Then, if you also do not feed animal by-products or ionophores, and you can identify any animals treated with an antibiotic, you could qualify for Legacy Natural, which offers the highest premium potential. Add on other programs such as China Verified, Saudi Arabia, and Legacy Verified Angus to bring even more buyers to the table!

SAV Ranch Requirements
Colorful DNA Helix

Non-Hormone Treated Cattle (NHTC) for Export Eligibility to Europe. No Hormones, Beta-Agonists, or certain antimicrobials used in human medicine. Includes SAV.

NHTC Ranch Requirements
Country Field

Legacy Natural includes NHTC and SAV and also prohibits the use of animal by-products, antibiotics, and ionophores in program cattle. The cost is small when added to NHTC, has the highest success of increasing premium-potential. 

LN Ranch Requirements

Legacy Verified Angus calves must be sired by a Registered Angus/Red Angus parent or two Registered Angus/Red Angus Grandparents.

The Saudi Arabia EV Program prohibits animal by-products other than milk, fish meal, and beef tallow must be sourced from approved rendering plants.

Saudi Ranch Requirements

This is a program coveted mostly by packers - as they assume the largest risk when exporting to China. If you are NHTC or Natural, you are eligible for China Verified!
