The author, Teresa Clark, relied heavily on RaeMarie for perspective on the value of PVP's to both consumers and producers. The intent of the article was to educate producers as to the benefits of becoming part of a PVP and it was clear that both from an industry standpoint and a producers there is a significant benefit.
